Each property we manage is handled as a separate entity. Complete monthly reports are produced in partnership-specified format. Accounting procedures include scheduled reports, budget preparations, lease administration, escalation preparation, banking relations, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable.

Awareness of our tenants’ perceptions are fundamental to our service approach. Periodic discussions are used to gain insight to tenant concerns and needs. Service requests are handled promptly to ensure tenant satisfaction. Responsive management is our most important public relations tool and enhances tenant retention.
