• Ground-breaking is expected late Fall 2006 in Area 8, which will be comprised of 3 Class-A buildings totaling 219,000 SF. Chesapeake's subsidiary, Bay Contracting LLC, will construct the park.
• Chesapeake purchased Areas 6, 8 and 10 comprised of 239 acres with equity partner Prudential Financial, Inc. in June 2006.

• Bay is also building a truck leasing facility on the remaining 10.6 acre property.
