• Bay Contracting is currently constructing a 100,000-SF industrial building planned for ground-breaking in the first quarter of 2007.
• Purchased by Chesapeake and Holland Properties in 2005, the property consists of 184,000 SF of office and warehouse, as well as five acres of developable land.

• Bay Contracting will build 1.5 million SF of industrial space in the new business park.
• Ground-breaking is expected late Fall 2006 in Area 8, which will be comprised of three Class-A buildings, totaling 219,000 SF. Chesapeake's subsidiary, Bay Contracting LLC, will construct the park.

• Bay is also building a truck-leasing facility on the remaining 10.6-acre property.

• Bay Contracting is providing pre-construction services and consulting for the project.
• Steeplechase 95 is a business park owned by ATAPCO. The park consists of one million SF of flex, office, and industrial space.
