PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mr. Lilja has over 25 years of experience in real estate development. He began his career as acquisition manager for the Oliver Carr Company, and later served as Vice President of the Artery Organization and Director of East Coast Land Acquisition for Price Club/Costco Wholesale. Mr. Lilja was most recently Senior Director at Opus East, L.L.C., where he was responsible for the acquisition, leasing and development of over 6.0 million square feet of industrial, retail and office space in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Lilja had direct oversight for the following development projects in Anne Arundel County, MD:

  • Arundel Crossing: A 1.4 million square foot industrial Park with tenants such as Office Depot and Sears.
  • Enterprise Business Park: A 2 phase, 1.5 million square foot project in Hartford County, MD.
  • Airport 100: A 450,000 square foot industrial park in Anne Arundel County, MD.
  • Park 100: A 300,000 square foot industrial park in Glen Burnie, MD.
  • Dulles Woods: A 251,000 square foot industrial Park in Dulles, VA.
  • The Crossings: A 1.4 million square foot industrial park in Allentown, PA
  • Turnpike Crossing: A 1.2 million square foot industrial park in South Brunswick, NJ.
